Most orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders that arrive by 5:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using 2nd Day will arrive in two business days from the day it is shipped. Please verify you have received all items on arrival.
We are not responsible for missing items 15 days after delivery. As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. Should you discover an item missing notify our customer service within 15 days of the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for any missing item or part after that time period. If you see or discover shipping damage after opening your package notify the carrier immediately and make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage.
Voice Over Essentials wants you to be a satisfied customer and you can return any item we stock and ship for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in it's original packaging and in ready-to-be sold condition. Unused items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase up to 60 days from the date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. No refunds after 60 days from the date of purchase.
E-mail email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to send the merchandise to. Mark the RMA clearly on the outside of your package and return within 15 days shipped prepaid (we will not accept C.O.D.) shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend insuring & tracking the package. Once items are received and processed the refund will be deposited back in your credit card account and Amazon.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

All products are covered by their manufacturer's own warranty and varies product to product even within the same manufacturer. You should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. Please keep your receipt as most manufacturers require this for proof of purchase.
Voice Over Essentials warrants the Porta-Booth Pro and Porta-Booth Plus against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Like any product, your Porta-Booth Pro or Plus will wear over time with normal use. Consequently we do not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, abuse, torn or damaged foam or damage caused by common carriers.
Your warranty is not transferable and proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty service - which is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.
Voice Over Essentials does not make any implied warranties of merchantability or use for a specific purpose nor does the limited warranty apply to incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts.
